The Kovačica Wind Farm Project represents the comprehensive implementation of a power system facility consisting of a 220 kV Switching Station and a 220/33 kV Substation, including engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, and maintenance of the complete system. Our scope of work covered all project phases, from tender documentation preparation to final commissioning and ongoing maintenance services.

Key Project Activities

1. Engineering Documentation Preparation

Review and harmonization of project documentation with the internal standards of the Transmission System Operator (TSO – EMS) for the 220 kV Switching Station.
Preparation of detailed technical specifications for power system equipment and auxiliary systems.
Ensuring compliance of all documentation with technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

2. Configuration and Commissioning

Parameterization and configuration of protection relays and auxiliary systems.
Testing and commissioning of protection systems and auxiliary power supply systems, including FAT and SAT procedures.
Commissioning of circuit breakers, disconnectors, and instrument transformers within the 220 kV Switching Station.

3. Grid Compliance Testing

Preparation of documentation and execution of grid compliance tests to verify system performance in accordance with transmission network requirements.
Verification and confirmation of compliance with TSO (EMS) Grid Code requirements, ensuring the reliability and safety of the facility.

4. Maintenance and Service

Preventive and corrective maintenance of the 220/33 kV Substation and the entire wind farm complex.
Implementation of preventive maintenance activities aimed at extending equipment lifetime and ensuring reliable operation of the complete system.
