The Čibuk Wind Farm Project encompassed the complete implementation of a power system facility consisting of a 400 kV Switching Station and a 35/400 kV Substation, including engineering, commissioning, and maintenance of the wind farm. Our company was responsible for all project phases, from technical specification development and documentation harmonization to commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

Key Project Activities

1. Engineering Documentation and Technical Specifications

  • Review of project documentation and preparation of technical specifications for power system equipment and systems associated with the 400 kV Switching Station.
  • Harmonization of project documentation with the internal standards of the Transmission System Operator (TSO – EMS), including all technical and safety requirements.


2. Configuration and Commissioning

  • Parameterization and configuration of protection relays and auxiliary power supply systems.
  • Testing and commissioning of protection systems and auxiliary power supply systems, including FAT and SAT procedures.
  • Commissioning of circuit breakers, disconnectors, and instrument transformers within the 400 kV Switching Station.


3. Maintenance and Service

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of the 35/400 kV Substation and the entire wind farm.
  • Preventive maintenance activities aimed at extending equipment service life and ensuring reliable operation of the complete system.
